  • This luxury, modern, spacious vacation rental sleeps 13 and is ideal for big groups and families. The home is newly built and boasts new beds with memory foam mattresses, four LED Smart 4k HDTV’s (55" , 43", Two 40") with Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. There’s A/C, high speed WiFi internet, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, washer, dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, 8-person dining table and kitchen island with barstools, . For families with little ones, there’s a Pack ‘n Play (portable crib), high chair and 2 strollers. Game room includes pool table, table tennis and Pac Man/ Street Fighter arcade games. We provide clean linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and complementary coffee.

The house was exactly as advertised and very clean and well kept. The home was equipped with everything you could need besides food of course. We will definitely book this place again if we plan to stay in the area. Communication was great with the owners as well.

Perfect home for family vacation

I can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for a place to stay with family. It was super clean, spacious, easy access to restaurants and grocery stores and a short drive to the beach.

Lovely house close to everything in Orange County , with spacious kitchen , lots of bedrooms , game area , stayed with friends while visiting Huntington Beach and the surrounding area .

Disneyland stay

Our family of 6 adults and 6 kids under 9 stayed at this property during our recent visit to Disneyland. The layout was great for a large group. The play area in the garage was perfect for the kids. Easy surface street drive to Disneyland. We parked 3 cars in the driveway.

Bachelor Party Trip

This listing was as advertised. House was clean upon arrival. They had enough entertainment at the house to help keep guests entertained. Area is close enough to the beach to stay in this more affordable listing and uber/drive to other places. This listing is right next to a Walmart for any thing that may have been forgotten.

Great house

The house was perfect . Just as described in the pictures . The beds were comfortable , lots of space for my family of 9 ! The kids and adults loved the game room in the garage . Loved that we all had TVs in the rooms (except the bunk bed room) but that was fine . Everyone felt very comfortable & spacious. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen too. Overall a great stay . Would definitely stay there again.

Family Day at Disneyland.

We had 10 people and an infant. We fit fine. The pool table was big hit and the kids survived not having their electronics (parents rules). Starbucks and Walmart close by. House looked like pictures.

Great stay & Quality value, comfortable and roomy!

Very clean home. Spacious rooms with linens, towels and very secure. Great kitchen. All appliances were in working order. Coffee, filters and spices were provided including cooking utensils and cookware, baking sheets and cutting boards. There were 8 adults and two toddlers for a church conference and enjoyed making morning or evening meals. The game room was a plus as well as the large dining room table to play games. Adequately placed plugs for charging phones, iPads, etc. even the top bunk beds had plugs fur charging a phone.

Retreat

There were 6 of us on a sewing retreat. The place had ample space. The kitchen is sufficient for those who don’t cook or each in much. It had limited cooking or serving dishes. The road noise is fairly loud since the house is on the main thoroughfare. Otherwise we all had a fabulous time together. Easy checkin and out.

Disney Bachlorette

12 friends and family (all girls] stayed 2 nights and went to Disneyland to celebrate my daughters up coming wedding. The house was perfect. About 15 min away but there was plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. They were locked in behind a wrought-iron gate. We felt very safe. Didnt have time to play pool, ping pong or video games that were there for us but enjoyed the lage kitchen for breakfast on Sunday morning. I would definitely stay here again

Future Potential

The proximity to Disneyland was perfect and the property manager responded quickly to my messages. The game room in the garage was also very nice and the home was spacious. I believe this property has potential to be a great home for families or groups visiting; however, there are some factors that must be addressed to bring it up to level: there are homeless people living in boxes across the street - but the property is gated so that is helpful. The cleanliness was not on a proper level and the kitchen appliances were very outdated and most were unusable- like the coffee maker and pots and pans. The backyard is unusable and needs a bushwhacking. The home needs a deep scrubbing from top to bottom. However, I’m hopeful the manager will bring it to standard for others to enjoy in the future.
