Lovely home with furnished patio, grill & ocean views - close to the beach

  • Do Santa Barbara the right way at this gorgeous beach house, just steps from the bike path! Soak up the sun while you enjoy the ocean view from the furnished patio, or relax inside by the gas fireplace and watch your favorite Netflix show or movie. And be sure to take advantage of the private gas grill for warm-weather cookouts!

    You cannot beat this home's prime location. Situated just east of downtown Santa Barbara, you can practically walk to everything! Enjoy the shops, museums, parks, and all the great restaurants and grocery stores, such as Convivo and the Tri-County Grocery store, right around the corner. You'll also be only steps from relaxing on East Beach! This home is one mile away from the Santa Barbara Pier and downtown! The Santa Barbara Zoo is also close, as are a few wineries for tastings and tours. There's also a bus stop close by for your convenience!
