It is across the street from elegant dining and entertainment at the Rosewood Resort. Suitable for romance or kids and pets. Entirely private outdoor spaces, propane BBQ, and chaise lounges. Indoor and outdoor spaces completely private. Single level with paved pathways from driveway to door and new brick patios. Road cyclists enjoy direct access to the California Coastal route, and there are endless mountain bike and hiking trails trails one mile way. Coast Village Rd and the Montecito Upper Village are within walking distance for great shopping and restaurants. On freeway frontage road with immediate on/off Highway 101 to explore Santa Barbara historic downtown and waterfront, UCSB, Santa Ynez wine country, Summerland, and Carpinteria beach towns.
