Based on the glowing reviews, we thought this would be a fun adventure, though maybe a bit of a splurge for a "camping" experience. We were seriously disappointed. On a hot day, the sun blasts the hillside in the late afternoon and we discovered that the air conditioning didn't do much to cool the trailer. There was a nice shady spot to sit and take in the view (which was amazing), however it also overlooked a small construction site on the same property, with a junky old trailer and an earth mover. Outdoor furniture didn't look like it had been wiped down in a long time. The trailer was relatively clean but not spotless, and the folding accordion "door" between the bathroom and the rest of the trailer was broken so there was no real privacy in the bathroom. The main bed in the trailer is not really big enough for two people, and the couch that was supposed to fold out into a bed tipped sideways when it was opened. Near the trailer, there is a tent with a bed in it that was quite comfortable. However, there is no way 6 people could sleep on this property, unless some of them sleep on the floor. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. The property doesn't really feel cared for and it's way too much of a camping experience for the price.
