Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort
10/10 Excellent
"There were people that were staying in our area that were very very loud until 1 o’clock in the morning, both nights that we were there running around screaming yelling, slamming doors it’s disrespectful"
"Old-school elevator takes a long time to arrive; not ideal if in a hurry, which means carrying luggage up or down flights of stairs.
Check-out process was long and tedious because of a discrepancy in the price showing up in the hotel's system; the manager worked to honor the price shown on the invoice I received at the time of booking which was lower than what I was being charged at the time of check-out."

"The property manager was very helpful and courteous. He was very professional and wanted to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The parking is sufficient and located right outside your room. Good walking neighborhood if you like walking. Gas station right across the street. Easy drive (or long walk) to Mission Santa Barbara and shopping area on State St. Best of all, very clean and quiet room. "
