"The room was spotless and was very clean all throughout the hotel. It has a really good location if you are going to Fatima. It is walking distance to the cathedral. The room was very spacious. There was plenty of room for a family of four and a good view of the cathedral from our window. We had a room with a king bed and two single beds and a sofa that can convert to a bed if you need five people in the room. There is a minibar, AC and bottled water which is replenished daily. There are drinks in the minibar which you can buy if you want to. Breakfast was ok, it can get so busy early in the morning. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. They even allowed us to check-in early when we arrived at the hotel. The only thing that I would like to comment on is that it does not have a kettle or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I normally have a cup of tea after a long day outside. You can request hot water in their cafe if you want or buy your tea but it was a good thing I always bring a tea bag whenever I travel."

"Very modern style. Rooms are not large, but rather efficiently designed. Had two rooms for our family of four. They were adjacent but not connecting. Worked well for us. One of the rooms has twin beds and a futon and other room had a double bed and a couch and neither appeared too crowded despite the size of the rooms not being so large in size. Would stay here again."

"Hotel was in an excellent location. Very clean, staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Dinner service left a lot to be desired, food was excellent, service was horrible. Seemed very disorganized and waited over 45 minutes for our meals, one person in our party waited 55 minutes for her food. Salads not served before our entree, we had to ask for more water. This was our boy at dinner. All other service was excellent"
