Welcome to your family retreat on the Costa Brava! This newly renovated villa is ready to welcome up to 12 guests, offering a spacious garden, sea views, private pool, spa, and barbecue. The house features two family rooms for five guests each and a double room on the upper floor, all with private bathrooms and showers. Air conditioning and heating are available throughout the villa. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and iron, plus an additional guest toilet.



On arrival, you’ll find the rooms prepared with made beds and towels for hand, shower, and pool use. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, two ovens, extractor fan, American fridge, dishwasher, toaster, ceramic hob, cookware, cutlery, and complete indoor and outdoor furniture. The property includes a private parking area for up to six cars.
