This spectacular accommodation has 300 m2 of living space and 24 m2 of swimming pool. The house is newly built, made with good quality materials. The decoration is modern and fresh and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday. When you enter the house you find a very large living area next to the dining room, with direct access to the kitchen, direct access to the pool and views to the upper floor. On the ground floor we also have a suite with its own bathroom, a double bedroom and another bathroom. From the suite we also have direct access to the pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with table and chairs, open with views to the ground floor.

The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs from where you can enjoy a relaxing snack. On the other side of the house there is a large garden with a barbecue area and a spacious and relaxing outdoor dining area.
