Top Santa Cruz Hotel Reviews

Jakes

8/10 Good

"Love the individually designed cottage. Staff really helpful , punctual and reliable. Jack Sprat brilliant as usual. Adrian- south coast legend. The items in the kitchen cupboards need a thorough clean and old items of food, scourers should be discarded before new people enter. Cutlery should be upgraded. TV should accommodate visitors from UK."

Santosha - 10BR Luxury Villa, Fully Staffed

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing villa, wonderful staff, and an unforgettable experience! We had an amazing stay and would absolutely consider returning. The villa was beautiful, the food was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and professional, and communication before and throughout our stay was generally very responsive. The only concern we experienced involved the food pricing. The final food cost was approximately double the amount we had anticipated based on the amount originally communicated to us. The food itself was excellent and enjoyed by everyone, but we would recommend that future guests request a detailed, written breakdown of the food costs beforehand so expectations are completely clear. That concern aside, our group genuinely loved the villa and the staff, and we created memories that we will never forget. The property and service absolutely deserve five stars, and we would be happy to stay here again."

Luxurious Beach Front Villa with Pool - Out of the Blue Villa

Mountain Top Villa

10/10 Excellent

"This hidden gem was more than I expected and I was super surprised and feel blessed because I had the place all to myself the entire stay and I really enjoyed the pool. The house was gorgeous, clean, beds were comfortable and everything was in working condition. The check in process was seamless. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again."

Coral Bay Chateau - Luxury Villa in Treasure Beach

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Allison, Ms. Beverly, Troy, and the housekeeping staff welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that they truly felt like family by the end of our stay. Saying goodbye was incredibly emotional because they made us feel so at home. The daily breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delectable—every meal was prepared with care and was something we looked forward to each day. The food was truly one of the highlights of our vacation.A special thank you to Ms. Carol, whose communication was exceptional from start to finish. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded promptly and made sure everything was addressed immediately. Her professionalism and attentiveness gave us complete peace of mind throughout the planning process and our stay. The villa itself was breathtaking—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and looked like something straight out of the pages of a luxury home magazine. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it the perfect setting for our family vacation. We’re all so sad that our vacation has come to an end, but we’re leaving with unforgettable memories and full hearts. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will absolutely be back!"
