"Beautiful and comfortable home. The listing was a little incomplete so it was unclear exactly what we were getting but pleasantly surprised. One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. "WOW!! Simply incredible. We have never been so relaxed. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with someone to look after us, to the moment we left we were well looked after. This is a luxury hotel with amazing rooms, the resort is so peaceful with gorgeous surroundings. It is a perfect place to sit or enjoy the spa and let time go by. 10/10 we loved our stay here"

"Disappointing. We did not get what we booked and paid for. The room description was for one of the larger rooms with a sofa chair, and a bathtub. Pictures also showed a balcony/deck area. Our room was tiny, no chair, no deck and no bathtub. Being 7 months pregnant I was very much looking forward to soaking in the tub so I was quite disappointed when our room only had a shower. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs, and it was so hard my husband and I both woke up sore in the morning. We were unable to shower in the morning as there was no running water in the room. We couldn’t even rinse our toothbrushes or have a sip of water as we couldn’t get even a drop out. The only reason I had three stars was because the breakfast was great. Huge selection and it all tasted very good. Also we were intrigued by the pictures of the library and viewing their large selection of books. We were surprised to find that all of the books were locked behind glass doors so we couldn’t even view them. Overall I am very dissatisfied with our stay here. It was overpriced and the room descriptions were either false or we were given an incorrect room. "
