This beautiful guest house 1 bedroom ,1 bathroom, is located in central Santa Cruz St. Elizabeth. In a very quiet, upscale residential area. It's about 15 minutes to YS Falls, 30 minutes to Appleton estate, 45 minutes to Negril 7 mile beach. This house has a garage for private parking at no extra charge. The entire house includes a full living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Remote gate, remote garage, smart tv and a huge dining room, and lots of out door space. minutes away from Santa Cruz Town. There are 8 security cameras covering the outside property. NO CAMERAS INDIDE THE HOUSE
