Stylish 3 bedroom home just steps to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Downtown

  • Inviting beach house just 1.5 blocks from the Boardwalk, beach, wharf, restaurants and walking distance to downtown and the best surf spots.

    Full kitchen, dining & living area, office, deck with dining/patio seating and BBQ. Master suite with king bed & en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms feature queen beds with a shared full bath. Cozy family room has a big screen TV, games and the office has queen pull-out sofa. Outdoor shower for cleaning off sand when you return from the beach, fire-pit and plenty of space to lounge or dine outside with friends and family.

    The house is 2,000 square foot Duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry downstairs. Upstairs is the living room, kitchen, office with a queen size sleeper sofa (perfect for kids) and dining room with deck and BBQ. All of the bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, high-end cotton bedding as well as blackout curtains and white noise machines so you can sleep in as late as you like.
