Even if the description says queen bed and the picture looks like a king, you can trust the picture. Morning breakfast with iguanas and seals, and all day Galapagos coffee availability made this stay special. "

"The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again."

"This is a really nice property, but for me a pool is very important when I stay at a resort. The pool water was cloudy and not very appealing/inviting. The area around the pool itself was great."

"Everything was great! Hot water was endless! The bathroom lock was a bit wonky but everything else was perfect. If you have any billing issues, call them directly. The people working the front desk speak enough English to help. We paid in cash when we arrived and everything was fine."
