Lakefront 2-bedroom villa with stunning views of lake and mountains
Stunning lakefront/beachfront home in tranquil setting. (VRBO has it as an 18 minute walk to Lake Atitlan, but that’s wrong. We are right on the lake…30 second walk to the water). Modern newly built home with all the amenities you would find in your own home..... arguably the nicest property on the lake!!
Boat access only (private or public), enjoy the tranquil setting, have drinks on the dock, or on your private deck, swim in the lake or simply relax on the beach. enjoy the sauna which is right on the lake for 150 Q. Kayaks also available for 50 Q per hour.
We have a Guardian who lives on site, making it an extremely safe place to stay. Laundry also available for a small fee.
