"This property was absolutely amazing. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I loved the amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. The amenities are extremely close and the pool and hottub were well kept. The lake was wonderful to swim in, and I enjoyed kayaking. The nearby restaurant was great. The owner of the property was very accessible and friendly, and she even provided contacts for local tours, private boats, and cuisine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"Would recommend to all! Gorgeous hotel. The outdoor bathroom was the highlight for me. Jacuzzi and pool overlooking the lake and views of the volcano were breathtaking. Close to the docks. Staff was very helpful."

"The property is well maintained and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is okay but they are very pushy on tips and did not appreciate that. The customer service in the restaurant was also okay as they were not very attentive. The TV in the room did not work and I had to ask for almost everything. The room has no hair dryer, not enough lights, excessive ants/bugs, and no mini fridge. Also, the location is not the best as there is not many walkable restaurants and activities. The views from hotel are stunning but not really satisfied."

"Out of our two weeks in Guatemala, this location was by far the absolute best. Mer was highly communicative from the very start, and Christopher, the young man who cares for the grounds, was exceptionally helpful from beginning to end. I wouldn't have been able to carry my heavy suitcase to and from the dock without his assistance. Even when we checked out early, he let us leave our bags and waited around just to help us carry them back down when it was time to leave.The property is clean, beautiful, and abundant with gorgeous landscaping and amazing outdoor seating views. Future guests should just note that this location does not offer the same busy activities as others; it is strictly for beauty, relaxation, and quiet. It was the most peaceful place I stayed during my entire trip. For any other activities, a quick boat ride will easily take you wherever you want to go. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this wonderful stay."

"The room was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating and Gaby& Jochen were so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing as were the dinners, especially with the incredible view. The view of the lake with the volcanos in the background is unbeatable! If you want a peaceful stay in lake atitlan this is definitely the place to be."
