Two bathrooms, a guest toilet and an outdoor shower ensure comfort and privacy. The bright living and dining rooms as well as a library and reading area invite you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Outside, the large swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and stylish garden furniture. A patio area includes a barbecue and dining area, perfect for al fresco dining. With indoor and outdoor seating areas, this home is ideal for enjoying Ibiza's sunny climate.
