Finca Tonia is a charming property located inside a fenced plot of land that spreads over 100.000 m2, in the village of Puig d’en Valls, in a strategic position, since it is only two miles away from Ibiza town.

Finca Tonia is a charming property located inside a fenced plot of land that spreads over 100.000 m2, in the village of Puig d’en Valls, in a strategic position, since it is only two miles away from Ibiza town.
This beautiful property is surrounded by a very vast land and offers an open view of the horizon, of the medieval fortress of Dalt Vila and of the natural rural landscape that is all around.
The house was recently renewed, it has 6 bedrooms en suite plus another 3 double bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms to accommodate comfortably a total of 18 people.
Four bedrooms are situated in the principal house, the others 5 are split between the dependances.

Finca Tonia consists of a main house and two independent guesthouses, and as mentioned above, it offers plenty of space outside, a swimming pool, equipped with sun beds and sun chairs, chill-out areas, where you can lounge or eat. By the way, among the many facilities the villa is provided with BBQ too.
So, if you are looking for a special place where to spend your vacation in absolute privacy Finca Tonia is the right place!

Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules
Minimum stay: 3 nights; 1 week in high season.
Check in: from 16:00 Check out: 10:00
Damage refundable deposit: € 3.000, to be paid prior the check in and the entire amount will be returned 3 days after the end of the stay less any charges in case of accidental damage.
A daily cleaning service of 2 people for 3 hours a day is included.
Final cleaning: € 300 to pay upon arrival
For stays shorter than a week there is an extra fee of 700 euros to be paid on site in cash
