My Rental Homes - Villa Seahorse private pool and air conditioning

Seahorse is a beautiful property with a mixed taste between Ibiza and Bali style, surrounded by the greenery and it is characterised by a modern and sophisticated design, just few minute from the beach of Cala Longa, on the West side of the Island.

Outside, the villa features several terraces to enjoy the sun and relax, a deck with a beautiful and a big Jacuzzi 6 meters long(it can be heated), sunbeds and parasols, to refresh during the sunny days.
A covered terrace with table and chairs and the BBQ, for the summer dinners with friends and the family, complete the outside spaces a chill area with two Balinese beds.

The house is spread over two levels, on ground floor the spacious living room really warm with white colours, and a lot of natural light from the big glass sliding windows, comfortable sofas, TV, the fireplace and a beautiful view from outside and the pool. The living room opens to a dining area with table and chairs for 12 persons and the fully equipped kitchen with its breakfast island and high chairs.

Shared between the two levels the 6 sleeping rooms, all with double beds and ensuite bathroom, decorated with warm and bright colours.
On the second level a living area with another fireplace and sofas, to relax and read, a panoramic terrace to enjoy the magnificent view of the surround.

The Villa offers internet wi-fi, air conditioning, is the right place to spend a friendly and familiar holiday in the countryside.

Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
Amount of security deposit : 3000.00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Final Cleaning: €500 to pay upon arrival
