"breakfast was very good but rooms were not perfectly cleaned and shower had a massive leak from door. The roof pool is only accessible to VIP guests which was not explained obviously on Expedia"

"Perfect gem of a hotel, with incredible sea views, amazing food and wonderful staff! The pool is wonderful and the light evening entertainment with Cuban musicians and pianists was incredible. And the hotel is perfectly situated from just a 5 min stroll from all the bars and restaurants of Santa Eulalia; plus if you want to party - Ibiza Town and Playa D'Bossa are just 25 mins away by taxi. We cannot wait to return!"

"Wonderful hotel. We visited a couple of times years ago when it was the Don Carlos and it was unrecognisable. Booked it for the proximity to local beach. We had a suite, which was very stylish and had a double balcony. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was well laid out and had pretty much everything you could want - very tasty. Staff are friendly and professional. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The only downside was the lack of late night (11pm) bar so no nightcap unless opting for room service, which also meant there was no atmosphere at night. It WAS early September so maybe it’s different at the height of the season."
