Quiet house located in rural area 7 km. from the pretty village of Sta. Gertrudis, in
which you can find a varied offer of restoration, supermarket,

The house, 200 m2. It is surrounded by a wooden porch and this in turn
a large garden with several fruit species, which guarantees tranquility for a
Good rest, in which only you will own your time.
The house has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, fully kitchen

  • Looking up to Dalt Vila (Ibiza Old Town) from the port. The Dalt Vila was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999 and it is absolutely stunning! Sensible shoes are a must and it is very much worth a visit if you are lucky enough to be on the beautiful island of Ibiza. This was my first visit to the island, May 2019 and it won’t be my last! The Spanish people are so friendly and welcoming and the weather was perfect ☀️ wonderful, chilled out atmosphere and not at all just a place to go clubbing, Ibiza is so much more than that! 🇪🇸
