Casa Intima captures the magic of New Mexico in a renovated 100-year-old adobe within walking distance of the Santa Fe Railyard and the Plaza. The home features diamond plaster walls, and is bursting with warmth and old world charm without sacrificing comfort.



LIVING AREA

The living room is centered around an authentic kiva fireplace and a 60-inch plasma TV. Perfect for an intimate evening. Casa Intima also features a dedicated workspace with a small pull-out desk for remote workers. In addition to that, the living room features a sofa sleeper.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, and are perfect for preparing and eating a home-cooked meal.



BED AND BATH

The bedroom contains a king bed and a TV, and has ample closet space. Experience timeless elegance with our clawfoot tub and shower combo—a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Please note, entry requires stepping into the tub and may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Casa Intima has two patio spaces that both have furniture for outdoor dining. The larger of which has a gas grill for cookouts! By closing the entrance gate, you can have a large secured outdoor space that is perfect for children and dogs.

PLEASE NOTE

-This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico`s dry climate.

-This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

AMAZING location…

We had the best time! This little casita was exactly what we needed. It is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to The Plaza and The Railyard! If we ever venture back we will absolutely see if this listing is a available!

Comfy Adobe Home

Very cozy and comfortable adobe home in central location to all things Santa Fe. Quiet neighborhood and all of the amenities in the home to create an enjoyable get-away. We will return as soon as we can and plan to stay at the same property.

Very pleasant and convenient

The property has all needed amenities and more! Very nicely decorated and supplied, lovely outdoor space, ample parking inside a gated yard. check in and out quite fast and convenient. Just a few blocks (easy walk) to Plaza and rail yards. A block away from the river park and trail -convenient for walking dog. Although very centrally located, the street is very quiet. Evap cooler kept the house very cool on a very hot day. We will try to reserve this wonderful house again next year!

Great location! We brought our e-bikes all over town! It was super convenient to all downtown activities. The parking was ample. We had a full size truck and it wasn’t a problem! Nice and quiet location. Shower in the tub was quaint but not too functional for a good long shower.The towels were wonderful and the details were well thought out all over the house! Highly recommend!

Casa Corina suited our needs perfectly. Very nicely oriented small space, two nice out door spaces for different times of the day, a large area for our dog to roam. Like our other Two Casitas rental we were very impressed with how well supplied the kitchen is.

Great Place for a Santa Fe Vacation

Casa Intima was a delightful place to stay during our trip to Santa Fe. The house it self has plenty of room for a couple, nice outdoor sitting spaces and the swamp cooler was a blessing during the few days it got pretty warm outside! Conveniently located to downtown in a nice, quiet neighborhood. A great experience and highly recommend!

Great Little Place in Santa Fe

Terrific location between the Railyard and the Plaza. Spotless, clean and comfortable for a couple to stay in Santa Fe. One of the best equipped kitchens we have stayed at. Reservation, check-in, checkout process was easy. A question about extending our stay was promptly answered by the owner. We definitely will stay at a Two Casitas property when we return to Santa Fe.

Adorable casita!

The location of our casa was outstanding! We walked to the Square every day with ease, and yet the subdivision is quiet and the private courtyard was wonderful. There is every amenity you could require in the casita, and the decor is charming and extremely functional and comfortable. Will definitely try to rent this again the next time we are in Santa Fe.

Two Casitas

The Casita was very cozy, we enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings, and during the day enjoying sunshine on the patio was a plus. The location was convenient to the center of Santa Fe; walking to the farmers market, downtown restaurants etc. The king bed was very comfortable. It was everything we hoped for a pleasant stay in Santa Fe.

Very clean and quaint

We loved our stay here! Small but just enough room for my husband and I and our two dogs! We loved the large fenced in area, just wish there was some grass…but not really expected in Santa Fe. House was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The bottle of wine and snack were a very nice touch! Great location as well. Easy walk to the railyard and to the plaza. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay

We had a great time. It was so nice to be able to walk to hear music at the Railyard's Plaza, visit galleries and go to dinner just steps from our hide away. I found the home's historic neighborhood enchanting. The house has a very comfortable bed, huge television and well appointed kitchen and bath. I really appreciate the privacy that the home provides in addition to the two patios and gas grill. It was the perfect way to experience Santa Fe.

Lovely pueblo, great location!

We stayed here with our two pups for a quick three day stay and absolutely loved it. The house had absolutely everything one would need as your own home. We didn't cook any meals but the kitchen was well stocked with everything. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to downtown and surrounding areas. Grocery stores and a huge dog park were a quick 1.5 - 2 mile drive. The property manager was quick to answer questions about Santa Fe and even offered early check in even though we arrived in town exactly at 4pm. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone needing a fully stocked home in a great locations.

Perfect

We use Homeaway as often as possible. This was hands down the best place we’ve stayed. The casita is perfect for whatever the purpose of your stay. Ours was business/pleasure, and it was more than comfortable for both. It is a five minute walk to the Plaza or Railyard. It is convenient to the main roads. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. Responsive and friendly. We make this trip frequently and we plan on using this home again if it’s available.
