Enjoyed the property and it was convenient to the sites in Santa Fe. My main issue was that my request for a king room was not met. We got 2 double beds. I was told that room type is not guaranteed through 3rd party booking. They did offer to switch us for the last 2 nights.

Thank you for the review and staying in Santa Fe. Yes the 3rd party rooms are called run of house and subject to availability upon request. The desk does its best to accommodate all requests. Travel safe.
At the rate we paid no BREAKFAST was included! $375 outrageous 😡

Thank you for your feedback. The rates are competitive with all other down town Santa Fe hotels. Inflation and costs have gone up for all aspects of lodging. We do offer packages that include breakfast on the Hilton booking page. Travel safe.

Advertised a free breakfast, but charged $20.00 per person for a complementary breakfast!

Breakfast packages are part of our inventory, if you purchase a package breakfast is included. The breakfast buffet and live stations are 19. per person. I am sorry for you confusion.
I love the convenience of the hotel. There was a big party going on downstairs and we couldn’t hear it from our room. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and take some getting used to. I hoping that one day they will upgrade them. We tried to extend our stay one more day and were told by the front desk clerk to come back the next day, but he was on the desk again. So, took it upon myself and we went back on Expedia and found a room across the street for less. We will come back to the Hilton again as it is my families’ favorite place to stay in Santa Fe.

Thank you for staying with us at the Hilton. The mechanical systems have been reducing some of our occupancy this spring. I am happy you found accommodations close.
Thank you for making Hilton part of you Santa Fe adventures. safe travels.

Hot tub was broken and room service didnt answer for 2 hrs so had to walk down to resturaunt. Drove 14hrs and I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and having a nice dinner in the room since I had another 12hrs of driving the next day. Overall meh.

The hot tub took a hard hit with guest adding shampoo to the water. this created all kinds of problems. We had a valve fail, and electrical issues . I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Nice place, however, they never fixed the HVAC system (Heat did not work). Front desk people were nice. Using the bathroom sink faucet always got water on the counter top due to a design flaw.

The systems are being changed out, I do apologize for the inconvenience.
Great room, great location; initial drive in and parking experience needs work.

Thank you for the review, downtown parking is always a challenge. The que for parking is limited but out lot allows for space for everyone. Safe travels.
Walls are paper thin.
Checked in and gave us a king when we specifically asked for a double. Room they charged us to was facing a construction zone :(
Staff was friendly.
Sheets had stains.

The city continues to improve the downtown area. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for visiting Santa Fe.
For the price I paid I don’t feel like it was worth the stay there. The room reminded me of a La Quinta and seemed a little out dated. The door to the room didn’t shut properly and made me feel unsafe

I am happy we were able to replace the duvet for you, the heat is being worked on and I do apologize for the inconvenience.
We had a good stay. The staff we friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. However, this was not "Hilton" in the traditional sense of luxurious. Lighting in the room, especially the bathroom was poor. Coffee goes away at noon.
Didn’t like that our reservation was moved from a single king room to a double room. The front desk was able to switch us to a king room for our last night but still wasn’t enough to make up for the inconvenience of being booked in a double adjoining room and having to pack and move rooms. Front desk stated that the bookings through Expedia were used to fill the left-over rooms making it seem that customers booked through 3rd parties were treated like second-rate customers despite also being Hilton Honors members for over 10 years. If we were looking for just a “place to crash” we would’ve booked a more budget-friendly hotel. After driving all day for a long weekend-getaway, the last thing a couple wants is sleeping in separate beds on Valentine’s Day.

I am very sorry, the desk is incorrect in there information. We have had some overbooking of room types via our partners in the booking of the hotel I am sorry you were disappointed.
Upscale hotel at the edge of the old town. Short walk to stores, museums, restaurants, central square, etc. Large hotel done in local size. Nice looking outdoor pool. Large room, comfy bed, with large work desk and also a nice sitting couch. Large bathroom with nice and large shower.
We always try to stay here when in Santa Fe. The parking is easy with our big truck as there is a gated lot & no garage. The front desk was so kind this visit to find us a room for early check in because the weather was stranding us here. Beautiful hotel.

When i got to the hotel, the kady at the front desk wasnt very helpful...they gave me the wrong room and then stated that the booking agency changed my room in which i said made no sense. I booked a delux room and was give a double bed room. They didnt even offer to make a change and try to accomodate me...so i ended up leaving

I am very sorry about the availability of the room type. The reservation made was a run of house with a request of deluxe room. The request was not available. Please accept our apologies.
The hotel and staff are awesome. I cant say enough about Sebastian at the front desk. He was polite and helpful at every encounter. The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The weather and the snow changed our trip plans. We checked out a day early to head away from the snow. If you are planning a trip to Santa fe, you will not be disappointed here.

Thank you for the review and noticing our staff who are trying very hard to make your visit memorable. Safe Travels.
Beautiful hotel and great location near the square and museums, but amenities and staff service was mixed. Restaurant hours were minimal, bar didn’t open till after 4pm, coffee in the lobby was not provided long enough in the mornings for guests, pool and hot tub closed for no reason at 3pm for an after-ski spa and calls to the front desk were answered but problem not resolved in any timely manner to use the facility.

Thank you for the feedback, I will look in to the issues you mentioned.
Hotel is beautifully decorated. Location is ideal for walking to old town plaza and canyon road art district. Room is nice and clean comfy. Refreshing water and freshly baked cookies daily is a nice touch and brings smiles to kids. Definitely come back again . Only complain if I have to is the sound of central AC or some sort of ventilation inside my room , not too loud but I could hear it in the middle of night.
