New Studio Apartment Less than a Mile From Plaza

Brand new, studio apartment centrally located less than a mile from everything, including the Plaza! This beautiful, newly renovated space features plaster walls, a full kitchen and indoor-outdoor living space. Relax on your private patio after a hike on one of the many close mountain trails. There are several excellent coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and a rose garden park just a short walk away!

Note: We are new to VRBO but are SuperHosts on Airbnb. This property has 85 reviews and a 4.96 (out of 5) star rating.

The space
The studio has a large glass door that raises, opening up the living space to the outdoor patio. The studio is attached to the main house, but has completely separate parking, entrance and very private space. The two walls connecting to the main house are insulated and solid concrete for privacy.

Great little place

The property was just what we needed! The location made it easy to get anywhere we needed to be, the kitchen was really nice, bed was comfy. The patio was just lovely, perfect for birdwarching.

5-Star Just 1 Mile from Plaza!

This property checks ALL the boxes... Spotless and well-designed! Great quiet location with super easy parking! Close to awesome restaurants and mere minutes to the Plaza! Super nice, responsive and helpful owners! Easy check in process! Clear and simple instructions. Everything was top notch. We were so impressed with our stay we plan to look into the other properties that Megan and Joseph have. And certainly when we return to Santa Fe this will be our home away from home!
