Beautiful flat of 40m2 plus 10m2 of terrace , which can accommodated up to 4 people , equipped with Wifi ( fiber) free of charge and a private parking secured ( barrier and transponder ) with direct access to a sandy beach which has been recently refurbished , offering a beautiful sandbank ( no road crossing , beach behind the residence , 50 M) and its also located near Mariani beach ,perfectly located next to the shops , restaurants , bars , train and bus station ( ie you can visit Porto Vecchio or Bastia using public transport) .
you can discover all the charm of Corsica , the Island of Beauty . if you like to make sandy castle , hiking ( one of the famous trail is Mare à Mare ) or just visiting some of the most beautiful and authentic Corsican village , this is the place to be and you will fall in love !
The Flat " Turquoise" is perfectly equipped , it is composed of a living room with a confortable sofa bed of 140x190 , an equipped kitchen with all accessories necessary , 1 bedroom with a double bed of 140x190 , a bathroom with shower , a separated toilet , a terrace of 10 m2 with table a chairs with a view of the garden on the seaside .
On Sunday morning you can enjoy the market , where you will experience the Corsican hospitality and specialities .
On your arrival Stephan and Sandra will welcome you and make your trip unforgettable .
You can arrive any day of the week , the minimum rental is 7 nights .

Die Anlage liegt direkt am Meer und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar und hat einen Balkon mit seitlichen Meerblick. Stephane hat uns zu später Stunde herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden. Alles war sauber. Lebensmittelladen und Bäcker quer über der Straße sowie eine Pizzaria. Ist zu empfehlen. Stephane war mir auch auf der Suche nach einem Arzt sehr behilflich und hat sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, l'accès a la plage est un vrai luxe! Il y a des galais juste devant la résidence mais quelques metre a droite il n'y en a plus ! La mer permet de faire du longe côte jusqu'à Moriani, très agréable et rafraîchissant! La residence est très calme et le jardin très bien entrenu avec de belles plantes méditerranéennes. Les commerces alentours sont accessibles à pied, ainsi que Moriani plage pour les restaurants, et il y a même un cinema en plein air à 500m. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour un sejour agréable et la terrasse vu mer est parfaite. Les propriétaires ainsi que les personnes qui s'occupent de la remise des clés sont disponibles et à l'écoute.Une sejou au top!

entre mer et montagne

Que dire logement idéalement placer pour aller en ballade dans les environs et visitée cette ile merveilleuse. Les plages proche vous donnerons entière satisfaction (soyer indulgent se n'est pas les grande plage de l atlantique) il a fait très très chaud pendant notre séjour 38 de moyenne avec une eau a 28 au max. le logement impeccable bien équiper les contact fur excellent avec une gestion très bien roder bravo encore a Nathalie et a Stéphane pour leur accueille d une par téléphonique et physique de l autre de très bon conseil aussi. bravo a Abritel aussi le site est clair et bien fait c était notre première foi avec eux et au continuera P J

Wunderschön!!

Wunderschön! Schöne geplegte Wohnung direkt am Meer. Sehr nette Kontakte zu Vermietern, sie haben uns so gute Tipps gegeben ( schöne Ausflugstipps, gute Restaurants, wo gute korsische Lebensmittel/ Weine zu kaufen sind...) wir konnte sie jederzeit erreichen, sie wsren seht hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke für diese wunderschönen Urlaubserlebnisse, wir komnen wieder. Und dann nur zu Ihnen! Danke!!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour notre première fois en corse. Le logement est fonctionnel, très bien placé les pieds dans l'eau avec une belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Nathalie, la propriétaire est très sympathique. Excellente communication avant, pendant et après le séjour. Stéphane et Sandra qui vous accueillent sur place sont également très gentils et disponibles. Nous avons pu visiter les alentours du Cap Corse jusqu'à Solenzara. Beaucoup de belles choses à voir. Merci pour tout. Nous revenons pleins de souvenirs.
