Air conditioning in every room + new furniture, on private land and secure of 1,500 m², enclosed by a wall. Private entrance, intercom, electric gate + remote. Garden with automatic lighting, barbecue, deck chairs - Terrace 40 m². Equipped with modern high-end bathroom with two washbasins + bath linens provided, spacious walk-in shower, hairdryer / separate toilet. Bedding provides superior comfort as follows: 1 bedroom with a large double bed, mattress superior comfort with dimensions of 160/200 and two other bedrooms with two separate single beds, comfortable mattresses higher with dimensions 100/200. The pillows are of superior comfort and an additional two are ergonomic. The windows have a system ossillot-battant-Safe-box. The upscale kitchen is very modern with professional and powerful extractor hood consists of a central island with a glass plate support 150/300, and is fully equipped (professional hood - Oven - microwave-induction plate waves- -dishwasher - refrigerator - Freezer - coffee 12 cups - 2 kettles- - Juicer - steamer - Professionals knives. Gut ausgestattetes Haus verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Bäcker sind nur 2 min. entfernt. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, und auch die sonstige Austattung hat uns nichts vermissen lassen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Lage direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße ist ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen. Das war für uns aber keine nennenswerte Einschränkung. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub zu 5. und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Maison très propre avec un grand jardin clôturer . Dans la maison il y vraiment tout . Et la mer est pas loin ainsi que plusieurs boutiques . Merci

Tolles Haus, tolle Vermieter, tolle Lage (mit 1 Einschränkung)

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit absolut hochwertigen Elektrogeräten. Auch das Bad ist wirklich prima. Alles ganz neu. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat, ist, dass niemand in das Haus hineingucken kann. Die Vermieter sind nett und normale Leute. Der riesige Garten ist ein absoluter Bonus. So jetzt zu dem einen großen Nachteil: das Haus befindet sich an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße zwischen Nord und Süd. Daher ist es unmöglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen (es gibt aber gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum). Ich selbst bin absolut nicht lärmempfindlich, aber laut hupende Lastwagen (keine Ahnung, wieso die das immer wieder machen) kann auch ich nicht ignorieren. Darüber hinaus hat einer der Nachbarn eine Entfeuchtungsanlage alttestamentarischer Dimensionen, die ein unglaubliches Rauschen von sich gibt. Ob die nur im Frühjahr läuft, bevor die Leute kommen, weiß ich nicht. Wer sich an Lärm nicht stört, ist hier bestens bedient: zentrale Lage im schönen Moriani, toller Strand direkt vor der Nase und ein ganz tolles Hinterland, das auch nach 14 Tagen nicht ganz "abgewandert" ist.
