"This is a family run hotel. The husband and wife team will do anything you need to make your visit a pleasant one. I felt like I was part of an Italian family. "Waited 1/2 hr at 6pm to check in after a long day for receptionist to turn up only after having to phone the emergency number and after not finding any other staff in hotel. Checking out at 10, again delay, no one at reception. Hotel vicinity good, close to shops, station and night market. Room was nice, clean and breakfast was varied and good! Shower dripping constantly and cleaner must notice water to report? La Botte nice restaurant near Madonna church. "
