If you are looking for a high-quality interior and, at the same time, the traditional village life, this fantastic house is exactly what you need.



This house is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida and has capacity for up to 4 people. About 300 m away you will find supermarkets, restaurants and small shops and in a few minutes you will arrive at the Beach of Ca'n Picafort.



The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with a rain effect shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine and dishwasher also at your disposal. In the elegant living room, there is a cosy sofa and a flat-screen television. TV, DVD player and WiFi.



On the covered terrace there is 1 large dining table, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. It is also possible to enjoy a delicious barbecue.



There is a swimming pool of 3x4 metres. There are enough sun loungers to relax.

Casa Can Cantino St. Margalida

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und wir wurden mit einem üppigen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Die Lage zum Ortskern ist sehr gut und das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig für ein Stadthaus. Die Betreuung und Information durch die Agentur war perfekt und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Super Unterkunft,sehr zu empfehlen,kommen wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Man ist schnell im Ort, alles gut zu erreichen. Von der Dachterrasse ist der Ausblick fantastisch. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, die Hausführung sehr nett. Wir haben uns alle imCan Cantino so wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dass wir es so genießen durften. Vielleicht mal zu einer anderen Jahreszeit, um den Pool zu nutzen. Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Can Cantino in Santa Margalida sehr genossen. Das Haus scheint erst vor kurzem renoviert zu sein. Das Haus und die Einrichtungen sind sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Gasherd, Waschmaschine, Trockner und vieles mehr. Vorteilhaft waren die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen sowie im Wohn- und Essbereich. Prima ist auch der Pool, in den man kurz vor dem Schlafengehen sich noch einmal schön abkühlen kann. Das Haus scheint das einzige in unmittelbarer Umgebeung zu sein, welches vermietet wird. Die Lage ist daher sehr ruhig. Natürlich braucht man ein Auto, um die Strände und die Gegend von Mallorca zu erkunden. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns im Can Cantino sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super Unterkunft aber nur mit Auto.

Es war alles da was man braucht, kompletter Haushalt. Eine schöne Dachterrasse die ich auch Abends sehr gerne genutzt habe. Das Dorf ist sehr abgelegen ohne Auto hat man kaum Gelegenheit etwas zu unternehmen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15-35 Minuten an fast jedem Strand an der Ostkueste.

Alles super, jederzeit wieder !!!

Liebe Magdalena und lieber Pedro, wir waren eine Woche Gäste in ihrem schönen Ferienhaus und wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir haben das Haus in sehr sauberen Zustand übernommen, alles für einen entspannten Urlaub war vorhanden. Von der Ruhe und der Aussicht ganz zu schweigen - einfach traumhaft !!! Von der Buchung bis zum Auszug hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Haus selbst ist ein klassisches mallorquinisches Stadt - bzw. Dorfhaus. Von außen kann man nicht erahnen wie es innen aussieht. Das Haus war bis in die letzte Ecke blitzsauber. An Küchenutensilien war alles im Überfluss vorhanden. Im Außenbereich ist ein Gasgrill vorhanden. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Zusammengefasst ein klasse Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

"Wir sagen Danke! Als wir vor dem Ferienhaus standen, dachten wir uns erst, es ist ganz ok. Was uns aber hinter der Tür ERWARTETE, hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es war blitzsauber, groß und unglaublich gemütlich. Man sah auf Anhieb die Liebe zum Detail. Die kleine Hausführung hat uns super gefallen und auch der erste Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Die Tage dort waren sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die voll ausgestattete Küche, der kleine aber feine Pool und der unglaublich schöne Ausblick von der Dachterrasse haben keine Wünschen offen gelassen. Wir behalten diese Unterkunft im Herzen und es wird hoffentlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein. DANKE

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Servcie

Ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen, schöner Blick von der Dachterrasse auf das Tramuntana Gebirge, alles gut zu erreichen (Palma 40 Minuten Fahrzeit). Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, die Betten sind wunderbar, viel Schrankplatz, in der Küche habe wir nichts vermisst. Der Kühlschrank ist wunderbar groß, ebenso das Gefrierfach. Obwohl wir schon gegen 10 Uhr vormittags dort waren, konnten wir das Haus schon belegen. Ein Herr, der noch im "Garten" arbeitete, brachte uns zu einem kleinen Supermarkt im Ort, der alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Zum Empfang war Mineralwasser und Milch im Kühlschrank, der Obstkorb war so reichhaltig und variantenreich bestückt, dass wir ihn in einer Woche nicht aufessen konnten. Im "Außen-Wohnzimmer" stand eine Schale voller duftender Zitronen bereit. Den Swimmingpool haben wir nicht benutzt, es war im März einfach noch zu kalt. Für die Wintermonate ein Tipp: Wärmflaschen mitbringen. Ein Radiator reicht für das Haus nicht aus. Wir waren Ende März dort und sind nicht so kälteempfindlich, aber über 16 Grad Raumtemperatur sind wir nicht gekommen. Sonst war alles wunderbar.

1 wöchiger Uraub Mitte Mai 2018 im Ferienhaus Santa Margalida

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sie liegt am Rande eines kleinen netten ruhigen Dorfes und der wunderschöne Strand von Can Picafort ist nur rd. 10 km entfernt. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Mitte Mai waren die Temperaturen nur ca. 22-23 Grad, dies war leider für die Nutzung des schönen kleinen Pools (4x2 m) zu kalt. Aber im Sommer zur Abkühlung völlig ausreichend. Die Terrasse wurde mit in die Garage eingebaut, sodass man dort sehr angenehm und geschützt die Tage und Abende genießen konnte. Allerdings ist dies ein altes Haus und es riecht leider beim Betreten immer etwas muffig, aber sobald man durchlüftet, ist es wieder in Ordnung. Also wir würden diese Unterkunft trotzdem wieder nehmen und auch weiterempfehlen. Auch der Service der Agentur und der Vermieter waren sehr gut. Die Dusche ist anfangs nicht abgelaufen, aber nach einem Anruf bei der Agentur, kam die Vermieterin innerhalb einer 1/2 Std. vorbei und prüfte dies und ca. 20 später kam auch direkt den von Ihr angeforderten Installateur. Also alles in allem, war diese Reklamation innerhalb einer Stunde geregelt und die Dusche funktionierte den Rest der Unterkunftszeit einwandfrei. Beim Betreten des Hauses oder morgens beim Aufstehen riecht es leider immer etwas muffig (nach alten Rohren, bzw. teilweise nach Kot), aber sobald man durchlüftet, ist es wieder in Ordnung. Aber es wäre schon schön, wenn dies behoben werden könnte, da es doch zeitweise sehr unangenehm riecht, trotz Lavendel-Duftstecker:-). Aber alles in allem, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wäre der Geruch nicht gewesen, hätten wir die Unterkunft mit ausgezeichnet bewertet.
