  • Fantastic apartment of approximately 50 square meters, located in a residential area, very quiet just 400 meters from the beach and 200 meters from a supermarket. The town center is 5 minutes walk. The apartment has WIFI, satellite TV and a terrace with two sunbeds for sunbathing and a table. Private garden. In front of the apartment there is room to park cars without problem. Private garden through which you access the apartment that has a large living room with sofa and kitchenette. One bedroom with two single beds and a sink with shower and bathtub.

Even in Corona times (july 2020) We were very happy to come to Can Picafort in the holiday house of Luís. A home away from home, very nice welcome by Luis. House decorated as photos on website. We would recommend this house to family and Friends 😃

Schöne Woche in gemütlicher Ferienwohnung

Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen und innerhalb von 10min ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Uns hat es ganz gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist relativ einfach gehalten und sicher auch schon ein paar Jahre alt aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Die Koordinaten sind im Inserat falsch und müssten angepasst werden. Der Vermieter hat uns jedoch von der Hauptstraße abgeholt und so lief auch das ohne weitere Probleme.

Wanderurlaub von 27.4.- 4.5.19 Can Picafort

Alles erstmal gut, wir hatten es sehr ruhig, bis auf ein bisschen Hundegebell. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Supermarkt der um 9:00 Uhr aufmacht war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand war nur die Strasse runter und Lokale, wo man gut essen kann, gab es genug aber weit genug weg so das die Nachtruhe nicht gestört werden konnte. Wander Möglichkeiten gibt es ausgiebig, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Jetzt zur Unterkunft; Wohnung die geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, wovon ich mich ein bisschen blenden ließ war nach meiner Meinung nach und für den Preis nicht sauber. Dreck unter dem Bett, Geschirr, Töpfe etc. als wären wir seit langen die ersten Mieter. Trotz allem, würde ich wieder kommen, es ist eben Mallorca und nicht der Westerwald.

Schöne Woche in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie liegt zentral im Ort, aber ruhig. Zum nächsten Supermarkt 5 Min. Fußweg. Beim Eintreffen enthielt der Kühlschrank bereits einige Getränke und ein Obstkorb stand bereit. Sehr aufmerksam! Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, war aber auch nicht notwendig. Die Sauberkeit war für spanische Verhältnisse völlig in Ordnung. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert, braucht aber sehr lange. Sollte vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Parkmöglichkeiten für Mietwagen sind in der Strasse reichlich vorhanden. Luis ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Er kümmert sich sofort um alles. Als das Internet eine Störung hatte, lief nach 1 Stunde wieder alles. Das Restaurant von Luis kann ich empfehlen, das Rumpsteak war sehr lecker.

Fijn appartement in rustige omgeving

Het appartement ligt in een rustige buurt op loopafstand van het strand (5 minuten). Geen overlast of gevoel van het ontbreken van privacy door de gasten in het bovengelegen appartement Naomi. Alles is aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf en belangrijk voor ons is ook het prettige contact met eigenaar Luis. We waren met drie personen en het extra bed stond in gedeelte van de woonruimte. Dat was voor ons geen probleem. We hebben 4 sterren gegeven omdat een airco bij hogere temperaturen wellicht het compleet zou maken om het met 5 sterren te beoordelen. Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben / auf den Bildern abgebildet. Man erreicht sowohl Strand als auch Geschäfte gut zu Fuß. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und in seinem Restaurant kann man gut essen. Can Picafort ist außerdem gut zum Rennradeln.

Very nice holidays!

Wir waren im März 2015 für zwei Wochen in Luis' Appartement und hatten eine sehr schön Zeit! Luis ist ein toller Gastgeber, man fühlt sich wie zuhause bei Freunden. Die Einrichtung hat alles was man braucht und Luis hat ein gutes Gefühl dafür, dass man sich von der ersten Minute an wohl fühlt. Für unser 9 Monate altes Baby stellte er ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung und war immer sehr leicht und zuverlässig zu kontaktieren, so dass wir uns sehr gut erholen konnten. Can Picafort bietet viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten seine Zeit zu verbringen, so hat der Ort eine schöne Strandpromenade mit angrenzenden Naturstränden, außerdem bietet er eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Nordseite Mallorcas mit seinen beeindruckenden Halbinseln, ruhigen Bergen, schönen Stränden und dem ursprünglichen Landesinneren.

Very nice place to be!

Ich kann die Beschreibung oben 1:1 nur wiederholen! Wir waren als Paar unterwegs und es ist wirklich sehr angenehm, dass sich das Appartement in einer ruhigen Wohngegend befindet. Wenn man das Schlafzimmerfenster öffnet kann man das Meer hören. Luis' Restaurant ist wirklich super. Die Küche ist exzellent! Wir können Luis Appartements sowie sein Restaurant mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Reisezeit war bei uns Anfang Oktober 2014 Ein gutes Neues Jahr! Stephanie und Leo

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit sehr angenehmen Nachbarn. Zum Strand und zu der Promenade geht man nur 5 Minuten. In der Nähe ist ein Eroski Supermarkt,auch zu Fuß zu erreichen,allerdings sind wir lieber in den Mercadona gefahren. In der Wohnung ist alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu finden. Ausreichend Handtücher,ein bequemes Bett,ausreichend Geschirr. Es gibt einen Flachbildfernseher mit deutschen Programmen sowie schnelles W-Lan. Es ist auch sehr sauber. Luis ist ein super Vermieter. Die Kommunikation per Mail war sehr schnell,vor Ort ist er auch immer erreichbar. Er ist ein sehr lieber und angenehmer Mensch. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Begrüßung mit einer vollen Obstschale sowie Getränken im Kühlschrank. Luis hat auch ein tolles Restaurant in Can picafort am Hafen,wo man sehr gut essen kann. Wir komnmen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit !!! Ralf und Petra
