Welcome to this great house with terrace in the residential area of Son Serra de Marina where 6 guests will find their second home near the beach.
The cosy porch and the attached terrace of this beautiful beach house invite to relax. You'll find a table with chairs at the porch where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning and a delicious meal later. Next, the terrace with 2 sunloungers is the perfect place for sunbathing or for a good reading, feeling even the sea breeze. In fact, when it's really hot, the exterior shower will help you cool down but you better head to the beach that is only a few steps away.

Inside, the great living room meets you. It features 2 spaces, one to sit and enjoy a chat with your loved ones maybe with a cup of coffee, and the other with a comfortable chaise longue where you can watch the TV-sat. Next you enter the dining kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and all you need to cook. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are here. There are 3 bedrooms with AC, one with twin beds and the two other with double bed and a closet. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Two baby cots and two high-chairs also are available.

The location is totally privileged if you are looking for the perfect combination between being in the town centre -with all basic services around- and also with the peace and the beach nearby because Son Serra de Marina is characterised for being a family friendly coastal area. Its rocky sandy beach is 550 metres away from the house.

Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The house was peaceful, cool and very near the sea. The rooms were clean and spacious. We really enjoyed lounging around outside. Good shop and restaurants nearby, and an amazing beach! The beer and snacks in the fridge when we were arrived were a nice touch too. We had a great time in Son Serra De Marina :)

Very pleasant house

Very pleasant house in the north of Mallorca with all you need for your holiday. The village San Serra Alga Marina where is located is calm and peaceful so don't expect bars and clubs but it is also good.

Großes Haus, gute Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche. Die Lage ist super! Uns hat der Ort Son Serra de Marina sehr gut gefallen, weil es so ruhig ist und der lange Naturstrand toll ist. Im Haus wäre lediglich ein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern noch wünschenswert.

Ložnice byly v pořádku s fungující klimatizací.

Ubytování Mallorca Apartmán se nachází v části přímořského letoviska, kde je klid. Za domem je menší obchůdek, kde si můžete nakoupit potraviny, ale i například dřevo nebo pohledy. V apartmánu se nachází velká kuchyň s myčkou a pračkou (kapsle byly v domě), a je vybavena kávovarem, toustovačem nebo třeba mixerem. Co nás velmi překvapilo a mile potěšilo byla připravená mísa ovoce a plná lednice, kterou pro nás hostitelka připravila. Bohužel jsme nenašli základní potřeby jako je sůl, pepř nebo olej, ty bychom raději za nadbytečné roboty vyměnili. Sůl i olej jsme dokoupili a nechali pro další hosty, tak snad tam zůstanou. Obývák je prostorný s krásným krbem, který jsme během našeho pobytu také využili, protože nám dva dny pršelo a dům bylo potřeba vytopit. Moc děkujeme Cati, že nám ho pomohla poprvé rozdělat. Obě koupelny byly čisté a plně vybavené, hodně příjemných ručníků a voňavá mýdla. Ložnice byly v pořádku s fungující klimatizací. Děkujeme ?

“Ein wirklich toll ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr netten Einrichtungsdetails. Supernette Vermieter, die sogar Obst, Gemüse, Milch und Getränke bei der Anreise zur Verfügung stellen. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass man das Haus nicht für sich hat, sondern die Vermieter im Souterrain leben, wenn auch mit eigenem Eingang. Außerdem steht direkt vor dem Haus eine Natronlaterne, so dass die Terrasse in den Abendstunden in gelbes Licht getaucht ist und nicht wirklich eine heimelige Stimmung aufkommen kann.”
