Enjoy a stay by the Mediterranean at Villa Bohemi, a modern villa located directly on the seafront in Son Serra de Marina, in the north of Mallorca. Large windows, terraces and balconies offer beautiful views of the sea and the Bay of Alcúdia.

The villa is distributed over three floors and features a private indoor swimming pool measuring 11 x 4 metres in the basement. The pool is not heated. Outside, terraces at the front and rear of the property provide space to relax and enjoy the surroundings, with a barbecue on the rear terrace.

The main floor features a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the sea. The contemporary designer kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything needed to prepare meals. An elegant glass partition partially separates the living spaces while maintaining an open feel and allowing the sea views to be enjoyed from different areas. A guest toilet is also available on this floor.

The first floor has three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms feature beds measuring 1.65 metres wide, while the third has a bed measuring 1.35 metres wide. The uppermost floor is dedicated to the master suite, a spacious retreat with a sitting area, fireplace, television, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Its balconies and terrace offer panoramic views of the sea and the Bay of Alcúdia.

The villa features large windows with automatic electric shutters and Wi-Fi throughout the property, making it suitable for guests who wish to combine a relaxing stay by the sea with remote working.

Location and surroundings: Villa Bohemi is situated opposite the small marina of Son Serra Nova, where traditional Mallorcan boats can be seen coming and going. The natural beaches of Sa Canova and Son Real are just a short distance away and are ideal for swimming, walking along the coast and discovering the unspoilt landscapes of northern Mallorca.
