    Peral de Son Baulo, is a modern semi-detached house situated in the residential area of Son Baulo, close to the beach in Can Picafort.

    The holiday home is distributed over three floors with a large terrace with sea views, plus a basement with garage and shower room with access from the street and internal staircase to the house.

    On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace with sea views, a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen, as well as a back patio with a portable barbecue.On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).On the first floor there is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and its own terrace with sea views.

    The house is equipped with fans, pellet stove, Sat TV, Internet Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, etc....

    Ideal for families with children as the beach, the supermarket and the centre of Can Picafort, where there is a wide range of restaurants, shops, leisure, horse riding, etc. are only 50 mts away.
