Cosy farmhouse in the northern area of Mallorca.



Capacity for 4 people.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table that connects to the living room, which has comfortable furniture and satellite TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.

The house is air-conditioned with air conditioning and for the winter months there is a pellet stove.

Magnificent and charming outdoor area. Fenced pool of 3x5 metres, play area with swings, ping pong table and toys at your disposal, comfortable outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity and air conditioning: 25 kW per day included, after 0.38 Eur/kW according to consumption.

- Pellet bag 10.00 Eur.

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Fantastic!

We stayed at the property with my parents in law, brother in law and our baby girl. The hosts were wonderful, the house was as advertised and the surrounding area was beautiful. Ideal if you're looking for a quiet break. The beach is only 10 minutes away and there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. Renting a car is a must for this house.

Preciosa finca en entorno ideal

La finca es grande y preciosa, cuidada al mínimo detalle. Hemos estado con nuestro hijo de dos años y hemos disfrutado todos muchísimo, del enorme patio, piscina y pequeño parquecito que tiene. Limpieza excelente. El entorno es ideal para relajarse y desconectar, en pleno campo/,naturaleza, donde lo único que escuchas es el sonido de los animales. Perfecta para quien busque unas vacaciones relajadas, pero cerca de todo en coche (compras, playa, ...). Volveremos!

Die Finca ist genau wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Der Außenbereich ist einfach top. Das einzige Manko ist das kleine Wasserbecken beim Pool- und Spielbereich. Das Wasser stinkt extrem und ist eine Brutstätte für Mücken. Nicht sehr angenehm. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein, z.B. Kartoffelschäler, Schneidebrett.

Wunderschöne Finca mit guter Ausstattung. Nur 10 Autominuten von einem der schönsten Strände Mallorcas entfernt. Der Service war rundum zufriedenstellend - Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Ein Mietauto ist Pflicht, da die Finca sehr ländlich liegt. Auf dem angrenzenden Nachbargrundstück befinden sich Hühner, Hähne, Hunde, Katzen, Schweine und Schafe die natürlich auch Geräusche von sich geben, wer sowas nicht hören mag, ist hier falsch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Vielen Dank für einen super schönen Urlaub auf Mallorca

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in der Finca empfangen und durch alle Räume geführt. Zur Begrüßung stand ein großer Obstkorb auf dem Tisch. Alle Gebrauchsgegenstände für einen tollen Urlaub sind vorhanden und nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurden auch defekte Gegenstände noch am selben Tag ersetzt. Zusätzlich waren auch viele Dinge vorhanden, die wir nicht erwartet hatten (z.B. Kaffee/ Tee, Geschirrtabs, o.ä.). Das Gelände ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt.
