Holiday Home "Casa Mediterránea" with Terrace, Hot Tub & Air Conditioning

Can Picafort, in northeast Mallorca, has grown from a small fishing village into one of the island’s most popular destinations. Located on the long Alcúdia Bay, it offers two beaches within walking distance, plenty of entertainment options, and excellent infrastructure, making it ideal for families and active travelers.



Peacefully situated in the village and just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach, the welcoming and stylish "Casa Mediterránea" holiday home (125 m²) offers a relaxing retreat away from tourist crowds. The tastefully furnished house features a living room with sofa and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, accommodating up to 6 guests.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, a selection of games, satellite TV, cot, and high chair. The well-maintained, fenced, and private outdoor area is secured with video surveillance. Enjoy the year-round heated hot tub for total relaxation, even on cooler days.



Within 5–10 minutes on foot, you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops in central Can Picafort (350–700 m). The fine sandy "Playa El Muro," stretching for kilometers to Alcúdia, is also a 10-minute walk away—perfect for long strolls in the pleasant evening hours.



Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about 50 km and an hour’s drive away. Street parking is available. No pets, parties, or events allowed. The eco-tax is mandatory and must be paid at the accommodation.

Pros: - Maria the host is super friendly and always available if you need help - not far from the beach and restaurants - quiet neighborhood Cons: - we didn’t like the beds, especially in the master bedroom. 3 weeks back pain, not so relaxing - black mold in the master bedroom, they just put some color on top of the black mold - we couldn’t change the temperature of the whirlpool because the buttons are broken. So you every time you want to change the temperature you have to call the owner, they remove the duck tape and change the temperature for you. - the toilet smells bad. We cleaned it, same result again. With an toilet freshener it was okay. - some pictures are old. There is a new grill. Not longer a nice stone grill. It’s an metal one and it was used & dirty. Nothing to put the used charcoal inside.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, ich würde ihn mit einer Schulnote von 3 bewerten. Das Haus war sauber, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder in Ordnung, die Lage einfach super – fußläufig zum Strand, das ist unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp verlief reibungslos.Leider war der Whirlpool nicht nutzbar, da das Wasser stark überchlort war – schon nach wenigen Minuten brannten Augen und Atemwege. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher spartanisch. Insgesamt aber ein solider Aufenthalt.

Pros: Wunderschönes Haus mit großer Terrasse in bester Lage (Fußnähe zum Strand), stylische Einrichtung, toller Whirlpool mit kühlem Wasser. Freundliche Gastgeber; Gesamteindruck: außerwöhlich!
