Private: natural state property 15'000 m2 (fenced), garden 1'500 m2 with lawn and trees, meadow, swimming pool kidney shaped (13 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: burglar alarm system. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Ca'n Picafort" 9 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.
