"Extremely beautiful property with a spacious house for 2 people. The terrace, garden and pool are really exceptional. The house is a bit older and has a rustic charme, but it overall has everything to offer that you need for your stay. Location is easy to find between Santa Margalida and Can Picafort, beautiful landscape and very quiet. But only accessible by car. "Pros: Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Pool in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der Pool wurde morgens mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett, es lief alles sehr problemlos ab -vom Buchen bis hin zum Stromabzählen-am Ende des Urlaubs.Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst für 10 Personen ist das Geschirr ausreichend gewesen. Toller grosser Kühlschrank. Supermärkte sind ca 3 km entfernt. Wir waren mit 3 Generationen vor Ort, die sich alle wohl gefühlt...

"Pros: Sehr schöne, ländliche Finca zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe war wirklich sehr sehr angenehm. Paar Haustiere dabei (2 Katzen, Gecko´s, Schildkröten :-), aber nix was uns gestört hätte. Seit 2024 mit einem schönen Pool, der auch bei den Temperaturen notwendig ist. Ohne Pool keine Abkühlung, das wäre schon schwierig. Cons: Begrüßung durch 2 Hauskatzen muss man mögen, wenn es vorher nicht kommuniziert wird und man muss auch mit den Tieren umgehen...

BQ Can Picafort Hotel

8/10 Good

"Enjoyable stay with a few quibbles. The pool was always very clean, and the lifeguard was helpful when we lost some googles at the bottom of the pool. We only used the pool in the hotel itself. It was quieter than the one across the road by the lounge for some reason. I was a bit disappointed with the opening hours of the pools - you couldn't have a swim before breakfast, for example. The rooms are small - I think we've had a bigger room in an airport hotel. There wasn't room for a bedside table on one side. They do have a nice feel though - floor to ceiling and full width windows, and the balcony was excellent - spacious with a pleasing view of the pool and general surrounds. The air conditioning was excellent. The breakfast was good - plenty of variety, enough cooked things to assemble a full English, some really good bread, as well as all the things you'd expect of a continental breakfast. A bit less water in the orange juice would have been good. I had a flat white from the coffee machine. Both decaf and normal were enjoyable. The basics - booking taxis and restaurants were excellent. Also check-in and out were both quick and efficient. The staff had less local knowledge than I hoped: they didn't know the local Parc Natural de s'Albufera was closed for repairs for example,"

"The property was in a great location next to the beach where you can swim & snorkel off. The hotel lobby and bar was nice and spacious. Restaurant staff were always welcoming and smiling. Areas for improvement were the hotel linen (the duvet felt like rough paper) & all the board games had missing pieces so none was playable."

Hotel JS Can Picafort

"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The biggest issue was that the lift kept breaking down during our stay, and we had to use the stairs to reach the fourth floor. This was especially difficult because my husband has a disability. We hope the hotel addresses this issue as it is essential for guests with mobility needs. On a positive note, all the staff were friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The bar staff deserve a special mention for their excellent service and for making the best mojitos! Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The hotel’s location is also excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. There wasn’t much variety, and there were no vegan or vegetarian options available. The juice from the drinks dispenser was always warm instead of chilled, and the water dispenser appeared to provide tap water, which we found unpleasant to drink. Overall, the wonderful staff, clean rooms, and great location made our stay enjoyable in many ways. However, the lift problems and the quality and variety of the food let the hotel down. If these issues were improved, especially the food, we would definitely consider coming back."

"I spent 4 days at Tonga Tower Hotel with my friend, and we had a wonderful stay. It's a great hotel, and I would definitely come back again. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. The food was very good and varied, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like. The evening entertainment wasn't anything special, but that wasn't important to us. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, although if you want to be sure to get one, it's best to arrive shortly after the pool opens, around 8:00–8:30 a.m. A nice bonus is the dinner at the Sky Bar. However, you need to stay at least 3 nights to be eligible, and it must be booked in advance. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package are fairly standard, as in most hotels. If you want a higher-quality cocktail, you'll need to pay extra. Overall, Tonga Tower Hotel is a very nice hotel with a good standard, excellent food, and friendly staff. I would happily recommend it and would definitely stay there again."
