"When we arrived in the room it looked really nice, however one thing that we noticed was that the room was not clean. The bed and sheets were, but I could see that it was not swept properly and there was a lot of hair and dust in the bathroom. Fortunately when we communicated this with the night staff they did everything they could to accommodate us with a different room but they were fully booked. The staff then proceeded to go above and beyond to go and clean the room to satisfaction. Even though it was late and we were exhausted this proved to be one of the best experiences as a staff did a job that they did not have to do. She cleaned the room and we were pleased because she also gave us free breakfast this made me know that I can book at this hotel again if I ever visit Barcelona."
