The breakfast buffet is hands down the best in Colombia, offering a massive spread of fresh tropical fruits, local pastries, and flawless service. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff—the butler and concierge teams went completely above and beyond to curate local itineraries and handle every request with grace. Highest recommendation! Pedro in the reception area, Luis Carlos at the Restaurant went above and beyond and everybody at the hotel made our stay so perfect, we always like to comeback to Santa Clara every time we go to Cartagena!!"
