Melia Dunas Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
untrained staff, hard to communicate (lack of english). al a cart restaurants were awful food wasn't fresh, tasteless, difficult to book in. No glasses at the bar, it was a mission to get a beach towel, and the room was very basic for a 5 star hotel. I would rate the hotel maximum 3 start.

Agua Hotels Sal Vila Verde Resort
The bed was very uncomfortable and there was only 1 small pillow. The toilet seat was broken. The breakfast was ok but coffee machine was broken and causing problems for everyone. The juice machine also didn't work properly. We went to use the pool but couldn't stay as they had decided to strim all ...
