En el área social encuentras: sala con hasta 1 sofacama doble y 2 sencillos, comedor, cocina abierta, patio de ropas y 1 baño adicional con ducha.
Tendrás una hermosa vista e iluminación desde cualquier espacio gracias a sus grandes ventanales y balcones, pero si quieres ocultar la luz no te preocupes, contamos con blackouts.

En las áreas comunes puedes disfrutar de piscina para adultos y niños, sauna, turco y jacuzzi. Es posible alquilar el BBQ en el piso 15 ó el salón de eventos del piso 5.
Por normatividad COVID el edificio agenda turnos por apto para el uso de todos los servicios de areas sociales.
