Minca Sintropia is an eco-lodge and organic coffee farm located at an altitude of 1,250 metres, around 4 km above Minca. Here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Santa Marta, and the lush mountain landscape of the Sierra Nevada.
Our small and peaceful property consists of 4 cabins and 3 rooms, offering relaxation far away from the hustle and bustle.
Organic coffee is grown on the 29-hectare finca, which is mostly covered by forest.

You will stay in a private bungalow with views of the Caribbean Sea and Santa Marta:
- approx. 38 m² plus a large terrace with hammocks
- private bathroom with shower
- 1 double bed, 2 single beds
Meals / Kitchen
We optionally offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner based on local Colombian cuisine. Alternatively, you have access to a shared kitchen if you prefer to cook for yourself. Drinking water is available free of charge (from our own mountain spring).

Arrival
We recommend a minimum stay of 2 nights. Minca Sintropia is located approximately 4 km above the village center of Minca.
You can reach us in three ways:
- Hiking, approx. 90 minutes uphill (from 700 m to 1,200 m altitude)
- Motorbike taxi, COP 30,000 per person (approx. 15 minutes)
- 4x4 vehicle with driver, COP 100,000 per car (up to 6 people, approx. 35 minutes)
The reception can be reached from the entrance of the property via an uphill footpath in about 10 minutes. We are happy to assist with luggage transport.
Important for self-drivers:
The road is not suitable for standard vehicles. If you plan to arrive with your own car, a 4x4 vehicle with sufficient ground clearance is required.
