La Rochela - Beach House

The house has 5 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a barbecue area, plenty of open space, and best of all, a spectacular pool exclusively for guests

The house is located on Bello Horizonte Beach, the best area in Santa Marta, Colombia. The house is situated between the Zuana Hotel and the Irotama Hotel, right across from Zazué Plaza Santa Marta

The property
The lot measures 1,600 square metres, and the main house is 500 square metres. The main house, where all the bedrooms are located, has two stories.

Inside the house, you’ll find the main kitchen, two dining areas, an area for hammocks, a living room with a TV, 5 bedrooms, a living room on the second floor, and a terrace.

The house has 4 bathrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the second.

Additionally, the house has a sunroom on the ground floor, which is one of the best areas of the house. There you’ll find a large square table that seats 14 people and a living area where you can enjoy a pleasant time.

The house features a large pool that includes a jacuzzi and a shallow area for young children. The pool has a massage area thanks to a built-in water system.

The barbecue is located next to the pool and is the ideal spot for a grilled lunch. Additionally, there is an area with a bathroom and some tables for socialising near the pool.

The house has a billiards area that can be converted into a ping-pong area and a wall tennis area for the whole family to enjoy.

Guest Access
The house is fully fenced, and guests have access to the entire property. The house can accommodate up to 14 guests, and there is ample parking for about 4 or 5 cars.

The house has two floors; on the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen, the pool, the sun deck, two living rooms, and two bedrooms.

On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms and the master bedroom, as well as a living room and a balcony.
