Step into an authentic house, where you will find a warm interior with attention to detail and artistic details. Here you can make yourself especially cozy with your family, perhaps having breakfast outside, playing cards at the large dining table or barbecuing together on the covered terrace.



This apartment is ideally located, in 800 m you can already reach Santa Pola, with restaurants and nice streets and alleys to stroll, as well as the sandy beach where you can enjoy beautiful sea water and also activities such as surfing or boating. The marina has a beautiful boulevard with a variety of cafes and restaurants offering national and international dishes of all kinds, ending in Gran Playa, one of the largest beaches in this beautiful fishing village. The fishing port is known for its excellent fish dishes from the bay, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the port from Monday to Saturday afternoons.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own.
