The house is located just 1 km from the Gran Alacant shopping center, where you will find supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. And don't miss Carabassi Square, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. To get to the beach you will need a vehicle. The access to the house has steps.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Attention comme même dans escalier pres de la piscine tres glissant quand cest mouillé
Quelle dommage quil ny est pas de jacuzzi sur la terrasse etage 1 er au vu de la vue qui est magnifique.
