Super Apartment With Roof Garden For Barbecues

"Me and my family have just got back from our stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. The roof terrace was a lovely little touch too. The location was perfect with a short transfer from the airport and walking distance to the beach. There are several restaurants literally outside. Communication with the host was excellent and they were in contact straight away to confirm all the apartment details and any questions I had. The pools were very clean and warm too. I will definately be returning again. Already planning for next year :-)"

"The staff were very helpful and attentive. As we were leaving they asked if everything had been satisfactory. Never get asked this usually. Good breakfast. Excellent location close to all bars, restaurants and amenities"

"It is really a great place to stay. You have everything you need. Karen is a very good host, she always answers very fast and gives you all the information accurately. The property is very autonomous, about 15 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes to restaurants as well. Parking is f street kind but you can find the place easily. The pool is hust round the corner"

"The standout feature of this apartment is the roof top terrace. It has fantastic views, is spacious and has comfortable furniture. The lower floor terrace has a dining table and is also a great feature. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Only one has AC, so we had to leave the door open on the second to ensure the air from the lounge circulated. The kitchen is well equipped and catered for us to be able to prepare meals. The bathroom is a slight negative to the property, with the shower either broken, or incorrectly installed, meaning it has to be held by hand. Additionally the lights on both terraces were broken, so could not be used at night. The property is in a great location, but should be noted that it is at the top of quite a steep hill, so those with mobility issues, or a buggy/wheelchair would find it quite testing on foot. However, the beach, supermarket and many many bars and restaurants are all very easily reached within 10-20mins. Additionally, it's only 15min drive from Alicante airport, so a very short transfer time each way."

"Beach view, breakfast, clean room,staff, everything it was perfect, but I have an suggestion to put mini fridge in the rooms, because it's very warm. In conclusion I recommend it this hotel. Thank you 😊"

Vacation apartment with panoramic views near the beach with pool

"Property was very spacious, very clean, location was excellent for access to the pool. Folding chairs in the property to take with you to the pool. Walk to the beach is ok, downhill, walk back very difficult in the heat. Very good shop on your doorstep, bars and restaurants less than 10mins walk. Felt very safe as it is a gated community. Something that was missing, which was a shame, there was no cover over the pagoda on the roof terrace meaning there was no way you could sit and enjoy the views. Although we did manage to see the spectacular sunsets. I would recommend it to anyone, we will hopefully return ourselves one day"

Hotel Gran Playa

"The room was cleaned and bed made every day. The staff were amazing, everyone was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, it would have been better if there was an option to have an omelette. Pool area is quite small but very well maintained and clean. The bar/ outside terrace was the only let down. It was August and the terrace area wasn’t open, no tables etc setup which was a shame because it would be a nice area to sit out with a drink etc. The hotel is lovely and I would definitely stay again."
