The flat is located in a quiet, intimate gated estate. A beautiful well-maintained swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court and children's playground are at the exclusive disposal of the residents. The estate, the swimming pool, the garage and other facilities are accessed by remote control. The distance to the sea is only 800 m, and we can cover this distance on foot in 15 minutes while admiring the Mediterranean vegetation and a nature reserve.

The distance to the sea is only 800 m and you can walk this distance in 15 minutes while admiring the Mediterranean vegetation: bougainvillea, jasmine, oleanders and palm trees. Gran Alacant is a quiet seaside village located on the Costa Blanca 12 km south of Alicante, 5 km from the centre of the pretty tourist village of Santa Pola and just 9 km from Alicante International Airport. Gran Alacant is located directly by the sea, on the charming sandy beach of Carabassi, which has boasted the Blue Flag for many years. Adjacent to the beach is a wide stretch of dunes with tropical vegetation under protection and a nature reserve forming part of the so-called El Paraje Natural Municipal Clot de Galvany. The nature park separates Gran Alacant to the north from the village of Arenales del Sol, which is lively in high season and offers all the usual attractions of a tourist destination. The two villages are connected by a beautiful palm-shaded seafront promenade, a favourite place for afternoon and evening strolls; and it takes approximately 40 minutes to walk from one village to the other. At the entrance to Gran Alacant, approximately 1800 m from the flat, there is a shopping centre with numerous restaurants and shops including Burger King, Mercadona, Lidl, Consum.
