"Wifi does not work, room keys do not open pool gates, and fabric headboard has stains on it."

"Our room was not clean. There was hair in the bedding and the bathroom had broken tile around the toilet. It smelled very strongly of urine. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were sold out. They came to re clean the bathroom but it still smelled like urine. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left early to find a cleaner hotel. The staff was nice but not very helpful when we complained."

"Great place at a good price. We love the pool, jacuzzi & free breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious."

"the rooms were spacious and the property felt clean, however the pool heater was down the entire time we were there. we were told the hot tub worked, but it was luke warm at best. unfortunately it was never fixed during our stay. we enjoyed the game room and the walk through the vineyard. the showers in the rooms seemed to all need updating (took a long time to warm up, sprayed wildly, bath stopper didn't function properly)"
