"Room was very clean, excellent customer service for the lady at the counter and her gentleman assistant. It was raining when I arrived and he provided me an umbrella. There is a laundry and ironing area in the premises that makes everything easier and convenient. My check out was at 2:45 am very easy and smooth. I requested a closer room to the exit and the customer service lady was very helpful with me. This is my 3rd time in this hotel in the past year and a half"
