It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. "We had a nice time. The location is as advertised, the views are terrific. When we first came the place was quite dusty and very hot (seems almost as if nobody was expecting us) but thanks to air-conditioning and a broom I found on the back porch we took care of this. We were surprised that the place consists of 2 units (maybe it says it somewhere but I did not notice). During the week cleaners came a few times to the neighboring unit, and toward the end of our stay a family of 4 moved in,...

"We really enjoyed our stay, with Riccardo responding promptly to all our questions and providing for a smooth check-in and check-out process. We arrived late due to inclement weather and Riccardo ordered pizza for us to pick up at a restaurant in Palau when everything else was closed. The rooms are well-sized with private bathrooms, the pool has a good size and the property is well kept. The property is very quiet, very relaxing."

"The property was very spacious. The best sea view and sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful at night time. Noise and light blocking windows and doors so you don’t hear the sea at night and the sun doesn’t wake you up in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels.
