"Although check in seemed a little confusing at first - You just need to go to the first floor and knock one of the two doors that open to reception eventually. After that it was quite easy to check in. The place was very clean it was reasonably priced and the people they were very friendly. There was a salon where you could make tea / coffee heat up meals in the microwave if you wish and a a table to sit at with cutlery plates et cetera provided."

"On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house. There was a supermarket 3 minutes walk away and various bars and restaurants within short walking distance . we were able to catch a bus directly to Santander within a 3 minute walk. The buses are cheap and regular Single fare 1.55E, small bottle of water 1.70E!!.Santander's coastal area is beautiful. The Hop on Hop off bus is a great way to see the city. If you fancy a longish trip, visit Potes in the Picos de Europa for magnificent mountain scenery (and a slightly hair raising ride) and veture on to Fuente De for a cable car ride up the mountains.
