Hotel was fine but a bit dated. Good value for money and very convenient for ferry. Easy walk to bars and cafés etc.

Basic hotel...very noisy
Basic 3 star hotel. Check-in went well. The hotel room is well presented. Three things I need to mention. 1) no socketts close to bed...very frustrating. 2) outside the window - major building eork were going on ...all afternoon and started at 8am saturday morning 3) loads of hair in bathroom over the walls

Hotel near the ferry terminal
Near the ferry terminal parking 2 streets away excellent value for the position

Disappointing location, staff could be more helpful.
Car parking space is reserved in a public car park two blocks away which cost €12 per night. The room was very small and quite basic. Overall the hotel would benefit from significant modernisation. You get what you pay for.

Not satisfied at Akkad, booked 3 rooms and all dis
Misleading information in the web, the location of the hotel was not at the beach as indicated, the rooms smell bad, the area ugly, definitely not a 3 star hotel, all 6 people very disappointed with this selection. Beachfront hotel is not even near, was actually close to the port, bad and definitely not recommended

great location
this hotel is right in the middle of Santander, easy access to all locations. The staff where really helpful and friendly. The hotel has a computer with free access to internet and free wifi. The room was pleasant enough. There is a small bar next to reception but we did not use it. Would recommend for price and location.

Bien placé proche des gares maritime, ferroviaire.
Tres bon emplacement proche des gares et quartier agréable, propre mais un peu vieillot (surtout la salle de bains). Bons restaurants dans la rue d’à côté.

otel pratique et fonctionnel
Hôtel pratique proche de la gare. Personnel accueillant et hôtel plutôt propre , même si les équipements commencent à vieillir. Seul bémol une climatisation peu efficace

Caro por tipo de hotel y ubicación. Aparcar es complicado. Cama cómoda pero una almohada sola para dos personas la transforma en un inconveniente.

La estancia estuvo perfecta, lo único, sería que el hotel tuviese un parking para clientes propio, puesto que aparcar en la zona es bastante complicado, aunque al rededor hay zonas para aparcar, se tarda mucho tiempo para acceder a una plaza para dejar el coche

La habitación no parece haber sido renovada nunca. El colchón y las almohadas estaban vencidos, la ducha tenia escalones para entrar y era muy incomoda. Las paredes eran de papel y se oía a los vecinos como si estuviesen en la misma cama. Para no repetir

Non merita le tre stelle
Arredo antiquato, camera sporca. Copriletto con macchie enormi sopra, capelli lunghi tra le lenzuola e sul pavimento. Colazione continentale ma il primo giorno mancavano totalmente cose dolci. Il personale non parlava nessuna lingua a parte lo spagnolo. Ho provato a chiedere degli adattatori per la presa del pc (quella in camera aveva due fori) e non mi hanno capito. Sapevo che non era un hotel di lusso ma non mi aspettavo un posto così.

Fint i receptionen och vänlig, hjälpsam personal. Rummet var sunkit och instängt. Fönster ut till ett litet atrium. Utsliten korkmatta som kändes smutsig och sängarna var stenhårda. Läget ok.

Hotel funzionale a 2 passi del barrio pesquero, dove ci sono ottimi ristorantini per mangiare il pesce. Hotel piccolino e pulito, staff gentile. C'é stato un disguido con la colazione che avevo pagato con hotels.com, i cui agenti del customer service non sono stati capaci di risolvere il problema. Il capo receptionist alla fine ci ha offerto la colazione per le 2 mattine,all'hotel risultava solo il soggiorno senza colazione che in realtá avevo giá pagato.
